Rok 2009 jest dla nas rokiem szczególnym. Dobiegł bowiem do końca zapoczątkowany dwa lata temu proces integracji firm ADT Poland oraz Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions. Teraz działamy wspólnie pod nazwą ADT Fire and Security. Połączenie obu firm w jedną organizację wynika z globalnej strategii Tyco International o budowie jednostki biznesowej ADT Worldwide, świadczącej Klientom na całym świecie kompleksowe usługi w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa ochrony życia. Proces ten zachodzi w wielu krajach, takich jak: Belgia, Holandia, Włochy, Hiszpania, czy Wielka Brytania. W dniu 27 lutego 2009 roku nastąpiło formalne połączenie spółek ADT Poland i Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions. Od dnia 6 marca działamy pod jedną marką i nazwą firmy ADT Fire and Security.
Nasze dotychczasowe loga ADT i TFIS zostało zastąpione nowym znakiem graficznym, którym jest niebieski ośmiokąt, nawiązujący kształtem do znaku drogowego STOP. Symbolizuje on nasze dążenie do powstrzymywania przestępczości oraz ochrony osób, rodzin, domów, firm i instytucji na całym świecie. Firma ADT Fire and Security pozostała w strukturach Grupy Tyco International, czerpiąc korzyści z jej bogatego zaplecza inżynieryjnego, technologicznego, doświadczenia w wielu dziedzinach oraz ogólnoświatowego zasięgu.

Wszelkie zobowiązania podejmowane przed datą połączenia przez każdą z firm, po połączeniu stały się zobowiązaniami ADT Fire and Security Sp. z o.o.

The year 2009 is a very special one for us. Initiated two years ago, the integration process of ADT Poland and Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions (TFIS) is now finished. From now on we operate as one company - ADT Fire and Security. The unification of both companies into the one organization is a result of Tyco International’s global strategy resulting with the creation of ADT Worldwide. The new company will provide comprehensive Security and Life Protection services for customers all over the world. This process has taken place in many other European countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Great Britain. On 2009, February 27 the formal integration of ADT Poland and Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions took place with an appropriate sign in the Polish register of companies. It means that presently we are operationg as one organization and soon we will change common name and brand to ADT Fire and Security.
The existing ADT and TFIS logos will be replaced. The new logo will consist of a blue octagon-shape, similar to the popular “STOP“ traffic sign. Our new logo symbolizes our determination to protect and keep safe, people, families, homes and companies all over the world. ADT Fire and Security will remain within the Tyco International structure and as such will continue to benefit from its extensive research, engineering and technological experience and from its worldwide coverage.
The unification of ADT Poland and Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions provides an exceptional opportunity for customers to take advantage of a unique market offer of mutually complemented solutions in range of electronic protection systems, fire protection and traffic control systems. Experts from both companies now working under one brand ADT Fire and Security by combining their knowledge, experience, passion and determination ensure the highest possible project realization standards.

The unification of ADT Poland and Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions took place on the basis of legal take over of all rights and duties of Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions by ADT Poland. All liabilities taken before the date of merger by each of the companies will become ADT Fire and Security Sp. z o.o. liabilities.

L’année 2009 est pour nous une année particulière. Nous sommes arrivés à la fin du processus d’intégration de ADT Poland et Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions qui a débuté il y a deux ans. L’union des entreprises en une seule organisation est le résultat de la stratégie globale de Tyco International de construire une unité mondiale ADT Worldwide, délivrant à ses clients dans le monde entier des services complets dans le domaine de la protection de la vie. Ce processus a lieu dans différents pays tels que la Belgique, la Hollande, l’Italie, l’Espagne, la Grande-Bretagne. Le 27 février 2009 a eu lieu l’union formelle des deux sociétés ADT Poland et Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions. Ceci signifie que dès maintenant nous fonctionnons en tant qu’une seule et même organisation, sous peu le nom de la marque et de l’entreprise changera également pour ADT Fire and Security.
Nos logos actuels ADT i TFIS seront remplacés par un nouveau logo graphique, un octogone bleu rappelant le panneau STOP. L’entreprise ADT Fire and Security reste dans la structure du Groupe Tyco International, profitant de ses ressources dans le domaine de la recherche, de la technologie, de son savoir-faire dans de nombreux domaines ainsi que de son rayon d’action mondial.
